1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:

In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation, the Portuguese (PT-BR) version shall prevail as the official version.

If the User does not agree, they must discontinue navigation and refrain from using the content and services provided.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 Permitted conduct

The User agrees to use the Platform lawfully, in compliance with Brazilian legislation, good faith, and these Terms.

3.2 Prohibited conduct

The User is prohibited from:

• Publishing or disseminating illegal, offensive, discriminatory content or content that violates third-party rights;

• Attempting to compromise the security, stability, or proper functioning of the Platform;

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting the Content without prior and express authorization from Toda História.

4. Content and Copyright

4.1 Ownership

All Content made available on the Platform is protected by Brazilian copyright law (Law No. 9,610/98) and is owned by the Toda História project, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Permitted use

The citation of short excerpts of the Content for informational, educational, or non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided that proper credit is given and a link to the original page is included.

4.3 Prohibited use

The full reproduction, adaptation, or use of the Content for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior and express authorization.

4.4 Originality

Although based on historical facts and research from reference works, the published texts are original in wording and do not reproduce protected third-party content.

5. Third-Party Content and External Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate links.
Toda História is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites, and access to them is the sole responsibility of the User.

6. Affiliate Programs

Some content may contain affiliate links through which the project may receive commissions at no additional cost to the User.
These partnerships do not restrict free access to content nor alter the informational nature of the Platform.

7. User Responsibility

The User is fully responsible for any information, comments, or interactions they make on the Platform and agrees to be liable for any damages caused to third parties or to the project.

Toda História is not responsible for content published by Users in interactive areas.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or complete security.

Toda História shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, except as required by law.

9. Changes to the Terms

Toda História reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
